Noerena Limón is the Executive Vice President of Public Policy and Industry Relations at the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). At NAHREP, Noerena leads the organization’s policy and advocacy efforts, as well as the Hispanic Wealth Project. Prior to joining NAHREP, Noerena spent six years at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau both in the Office of the Director and the Office of Mortgage Markets.

Ashley Thomas III

Ashley Thomas III is the CEO/Owner of LA Top Broker, a Mortgage Brokerage in California, and Managing Broker of First Security Investment Co., Inc. (FSICO), a multi-faceted real estate sales and property management company. A native Californian, Thomas learned early the advantages of homeownership. Guidance from his mother regarding the value of homeownership, coupled with a solid interest in finance and real estate, Ashley veered from his college education and began, at the age of 20, his entrepreneurial pursuits in the real estate profession.

Tanya Reu-Narvaez

Tanya Reu-Narvaez serves as chief people officer for Anywhere. Promoted to this role in January 2021, Reu is responsible for all aspects of the employee experience, including diversity & inclusion, engagement, talent management, and compensation and benefits. Reu has served Anywhere and is a founding member of the Diversity & Inclusion Council. She is a current member and former chair of NAHREP’s Corporate Board of Governors and is a former national board member of AREAA and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern New Jersey. Reu has received numerous accolades throughout her career, including NAHREP’s inaugural Ernest J. Reyes Founders Award for her work in advancing Hispanic home ownership. She has also been included in the Top 20 Women of Influence in Housing list published by HousingWire and was named a Woman Worth Watching by the Profiles in Diversity Journal.

Ryan Weyandt

Ryan is passionate about people; people he works with, people he works for, the community he works in, and the people who surround him. He identifies as an agent for and advocate of diversity, equity, and inclusion and is passionate about organizational change and development. Ryan served nearly a decade in the lending and financial services industry, most of which as a Private Mortgage Banker and Loan Officer with Wells Fargo and most recently, a Loan Officer with U.S. Bank in the Twin Cities. He also launched RAW Insight, an organizational development consulting firm. Prior to his lending career, Ryan held a variety of senior roles with firms in operations and event management. He has served on the Minnesota Realtors® Diversity and Inclusion Committee and previously led the NAGLREP Foundation, along with being a past-President of that organization’s Minneapolis chapter for multiple years. The University of St. Thomas grad completed his Masters work in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University. He is proud to be the CEO and a Co-Founder of The Alliance.
