Simon Chen

Simon Chen serves as EVP of Product & Innovation, a position he assumed in September of 2019. In this role, Chen is responsible for leading the company’s newly formed Product and Innovation group, where he will be tasked with bringing together digital products, strategic alliances, learning and recruiting efforts as part of the company’s growth strategy. Chen most recently served as President and CEO of ERA Franchise Systems LLC, a role he assumed in March 2018. Prior to that he served as the brand’s chief operating officer. A widely respected technology expert with decades of experience in real estate brokerage investments, marketing and operations, Chen worked to champion tools designed to enhance productivity, with specific focus on processes and services that drive growth for agents and franchisees. Chen is a licensed broker in California and a member of the Beverly Hills and Santa Clara real estate boards. He mentors with the National Association of REALTORS® Second Century Ventures’ REach® program and Moderne Ventures, two real estate technology incubators. Prior to joining ERA and Anywhere, Chen was the COO at Realty One Group. He founded global real estate brokerage and technology consulting firm Century Pacific Group and served as senior director of corporate development and strategy at realtor.com.

Georgia Perez

Over the last nine years, Georgia Perez has been pivotal in the growth of MoxiWorks, the first open platform in the real estate industry. Through her role as an executive, leading the sales and business development teams, the company has grown their client base from one brokerage to 2000 brokerages representing more than 400,000 agents, which make up 13% of all transactions in the U.S. Perez brought on the large brokerage clients who became early investors in the tech company, and played a significant role in securing their latest funding round. Throughout her 25-plus-year career in technology, she has applied her skills as a startup and turnaround expert to lead numerous companies to success. In addition to her long career in tech, Perez also has carried a real estate license for over a decade. Her knowledge and love of the industry help her create an impact for the brokerages they partner with. She is a national speaker and motivator, and cares deeply about helping Agents and Brokerages achieve their goals.

Phillip Bolte

A fourth-generation Ohio REALTOR, Phillip earned his sales license in 1999 and his broker license in 2007. He is a 2001 graduate of Baldwin Wallace University with a BA in Business Administration. Phillip is the great grandson of Ann Bolte who founded Bolte Real Estate in 1936 and was the first female REALTOR in Ohio. In 2015 Phillip was the Firelands Association of Realtors “Realtor of the Year” and a nominee for Ohio Realtors “Realtor of the Year.” As an independent brokerage for eight decades Bolte Real Estate affiliated with Century 21 in early 2020. While Century 21 Bolte Real Estate has grown in recent years their philosophy has remained the same, to provide their team with the tools, technology and support for their team to be as successful as they want to be through fulfilling their clients’ needs and dreams. Phillip is the primary broker for Century 21 Bolte Real Estate and the VP of Growth. In his free time, Phillip enjoys boating, golfing, anything Ohio State, the Browns, and spending time with his wife Jennifer and daughter Gianna
