Philip A. White, Jr., a 39-year global real estate veteran, is president and chief executive officer of Sotheby’s International Realty, overseeing the company’s affiliate network and company-owned brokerages. In early 2019, White added president and chief executive officer of Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc. to his title, taking on the responsibility of managing the brand’s company owned brokerage business, in addition to his role as president and chief executive officer of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC, the affiliate network since February 2013. Since his appointment as CEO, he has cultivated the growth of the global brand into 72 countries, with more than 990 offices and 22,500 sales associates.

Diane Hartley brings her passion for luxury marketing and more than 20 years of experience growing and leading businesses to her role as president of The Institute. Working with her talented team of staff and Institute Certified Instructors, The Institute’s community of members has grown dramatically. Hartley has served in numerous senior-level management roles, including publisher of the first local social media website in Dallas-Fort Worth and companion website for the print edition of The Dallas Morning News. Prior to that, Hartley held general management and sales management positions at a number of companies in telecom, media and publishing. She resides in Dallas with her wife of seven years and her two rescue dogs.
