He joined the Company as President and Chief Operating Officer in October 2017 after nearly 15 years of senior leadership experience at Capital One Financial Corporation. He is a member of the Board of Directors at Anywhere. Schneider received a B.A. in Economics from Williams College and his Ph.D. in Economics from Yale University.
Stefan Swanepoel
Stefan is widely recognized as a leading visionary of real estate trends. In his nearly four decades of high-level real estate industry experience, he has served as CEO of nine companies and two nonprofit organizations. Stefan has authored or co-authored over 50 books, which, collectively, have appeared on over 22 bestseller lists including that of the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, CEO Read, and Amazon. His academic accomplishments include a B.S. in science, a master’s degree in business economics, and diplomas in arbitration, computer science and mergers and acquisitions.
